Privacy Policy: Grillbird QuickBooks Integration

This integration is a private internal tool used only by Grillbird Teriyaki LLC (West Seattle and Phinney Ridge) for its own business operations. It connects to our QuickBooks Online companies to post vendor bills, attach invoice images, and read financial data for internal reporting. No customer or third-party data is collected, and nothing is shared with or sold to anyone. QuickBooks connection tokens are stored encrypted in our private database and secrets manager and are used only by our own systems.
